The only thing I can figure you are talking about is when Scooby and Shaggy come through the door in the tree and come out at the bottom of in front of a large round metal door in the ground with tree stumps around it.

The key to opening the "door" - it is actually a staircase, is to jump on the stumps pushing them down in the right order.

If you are playing 1 player, have your character jump on the stump that is highest. The secondary character will automatically jump on the second highest stump.

The stumps will push down into the ground when you jump on them, pushing another set up causing them to become the highest and second highest. Do the same thing again, jumping on the highest stump.

You will need to do this 3 times before the staircase opens up.

If you are playing 2 player, one of you jumps on the highest and the other on the next highest, etc.
