I am supposed to talk to Dustin Planks, the logging supervisor in the radio room by the luxury cabins but the door is locked and I can't figure out how to get in.

Give Sergio beans and brocolli soup. You can find it in the Chalet kitchen.

His cabin is over the 2nd bridge after the luxury cabins. To start from the beginning, you will need to go out one of the doors in the kitchen, storeroom or laundry room, that take you out to the back of the Chalet. You will need to go past the 3 luxury cabins on the left of the Chalet, over a wooden suspension bridge to Sergio's cabin (once again), You then go over another bridge to where the signs point to the 'Radio' cabin. You won't be able to get in - you need a key - but you have to go here first or "Sergio" in his cellar won't response. Go back over the bridge to Sergio's cabin and you will now see the exclamation point over the cellar doors which means you can now talk to him. He once again is going to ask you for soup from the Chalet - Bean and Broccoli soup (make it in the kitchen) he will then throw out the key and you can use it to open the door to the radio room.
