How do I get into new cemetery?

From "Town Square" (where you started out in El Muncho) - to the left of the jail. You will know you are in the right place when you see a well in the middle and the Mystery Machine behind it and off to the right. From Town square take the road straight in front of the well, it will lead you to "cemetery road" You will need to follow the road past a gate and some bomb throwing pinatas. You will come to the end of the road and go down into a dug out in the road with a front loader (tractor) Velma will need to "turn it on" and then jump quickly into the front loader and into the bucket and then onto the road. Follow the road and the "New Cemetery" will be the first ornate gate and the first cemetery off the the left.
