How do you beat el scariyachi

There are 3 stages to beat him. (he is a giant puppet) The first you will be on the stage with the Mariachi Skeletons and he will be at the back the stage where he stays throughout all 3 stages. While battling the Mariachis you need to watch the spinning color wheel on top of the Pianola (like in the saloon) and throw the matching color rolls you pick up off the stage floor into the Pianola. You will need to get the right color roll into the Pianola before it spins again and shows a different color. You need to do this repeatedly. Although there are the Mariachis trying to knock you around your best bet is to just ignore them if possible and get the rolls into the Pianola as fast as possible. Let the secondary character fight them. The second round is Mariachi Skeletons carrying gun powder barrels. You need to knock the barrel to the stage and before it explodes pick it up and when the box of fireworks appear underneath El Scaryachi throw the barrel into the box blowing it up. This need to happen 3 times. The 3rd and final battle is El Scaryachi pull out his water pistols and streams a green liquid out at you trying to hit you, all the while the pesky Mariachi Skeletons are trying to knock you out. The trick here is to stay at the top of the stage directly underneath his arms, moving back and forth in a straight line battling the Mariachis. The liquid from the guns cannot hit you here. As he uses up the liquid in his pistols He will fall to the floor and then you need to hit his head as many times as you can before he comes back for another try. This goes on 3 times, before you will have won and completed this level (you may need to come back to finish gathering all the items you need to complete the game) Hope this helps, sorry for the long answer.
