Go past sherrifs car, through the gate keep going until you reach a bed mat, jump onto it and you will jump to the roof,keep going up and there should be a pressure switch, jump onto the pressure switch centre, jump onto the lift, when it is on full height jump up to thetop of the building,then a staircase, you'll be in ghost town, keep going up until you reach a gate with a thick door, once you go in there should be an elevator, hop onto it and press whatever activates the characters special moves,wait,then you should be at the top.
