How do I unlock iris I have planted the flowers and they bloomed but I go there at 6 pm but it's that same cutseen every time

You have to unlock Rosetta and wait until she opens up her shop in Trampoli. Then talk to her until she mentions growing Moondrops in a place with a lot of moon light. Buy some Moondrop and plant them in the 3x3 plot in front of the tower on Whale Island. Wait in the Cave until about 5:50 pm b'c the cutseen will not happen if you are outside before 5:50pm. Then walk up to the tower and you should meet her. Hope this helps!
