While he clamps his tentacles when his health is low destroy the tentacles that is covering the train coupler shoot it and it's over. If it's Alexia Ashford/Veronica 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stages,1st stage; shoot her on the human flesh side better than the grassy hard part of her, the dodge sequences will appear if she is making flames go to you on ground floor avoid it, if she jumps to the balcony shoot the flames that she throw out, if she grabs you get trigger-happy and shoot her on the face. 2nd stage this one is tough, in order to beat her 2nd stage form see the yellow tentacle exposed in the bottom, shoot the bubble parts to break it and aim the red spots to deplete her health, if she grabs you or bites you by her tentacles get trigger-happy with the submachine gun to stun-kill her. If you are far away from her the dodge sequence will appear for you to dodge the tentacles. Dont bother killing her body or headshot exposed on top so concentrate the tentacle pod on the bottom, the tentacles is now annoying use the spread damage on your shotgun while on the balcony to proceed to the linear launcher, now for the final blow if you did lower her health grab the linear launcher shoot it at her precisely while grabbed by the tentacle. 3rd stage form is easy but annoying, to beat her final form, use the spread damage of your shotgun to lower her health but you need time to recharge the linear launcher so drag long if you want to or not, if your aim is good if you can make it long range, medium range, or close range with the linear launcher in the balcony shoot her and chapter finish.
