The second to last level of the game, I think. That's the second to last level of Operation Javier. Just shoot everything up. This works really well if you have the linear launcher unlocked and fully upgraded. One shot into a pile of crates can get you more gold than you would get from an entire level earlier in the game. (I think that it's the second to last as I said, but it's definitely the level where you finally kill that monster from the first level.
