Hi does any1 no how to get into the room with all the chests in wen there is only Leon on his own its just before u meet Ada and she jumps out the window.

You have to get Ashley back first. Once you do, backtrack to the door. Leon should give her a boost up into the window near the door, and she'll open the door from the other side.
