How do you catch fish 53 55 and 57 I can't find them

Fish #53 is called fish bone. It is found in new orleans in the whale class. When reeling in the fish, it appears as a large mouth bass. Once you land the fish, it will show as "fishbone"
Fish #55 is the catfish (legend). It is found in the dolphin class in the amazon river.
