Please help, I am stuck at the part where you go down the ladder to pull the engraving out of the wall, but......I keep on falling each time. How to you pull the engraving out of the wall without falling out of the ladder? Been trying for a day please help

I don't know how to past part 14 and where you have go close to the and press b then jump to the other wall and I'm stuck
Go at the bottom end of the ladder shake the nunchuk and hold z till it comes out totally
