You can't. Becuase you can only get suicune so they wouldn't destroy the pokepark.

Entei is my fav. Legendary Beast, and I wasn't surprised when it couldn't be in the PokePark, because it's crappy sibling, Suicune, is more popular!

You actually can't get entei or raikou in pokepark wii because they would destroy the pokepark together so the Pokemon company only published that suicune was put in the game.
