either there's something wrong with your disk, console, file, or you missed one you might have thought you beat them all but you just played one of them. try looking in the character select if you got the bonus it will say acheived. if you didn't, it will say the required distance, time, or score (in this case distance) or, you may need the password to get him go to the file select then click that file then click password if you don't know his password, for the japanese version, it is 88484977. for the european and australian versions, it is 82401777. for the US version it is 73938790. hope i helped.

Jirachi is in the granite zone,in the room wiht the pyramid of stairs....he's in one of the corners.You'll know your in the right place if you see bronzor and marowak and a couple others
