It up on the top of the hill behind the drifbilm stop.

The bouquet is on the edge of the cliff behind the Drifblim stop, wrapped up in a piece of white paper.
you go up to the driflim stop and you see that white cone shaped thing thats the bouqet i hope helped you and thank you for listening
