Question for Pokemon Battle Revolution

I copied pokemon for the first time yesterday and they worked on battling random person on wi-fi. Then I copied some new pokemon today and they can't battle on wi-fi for some reason. Can someone help?

The only reason I think this could happen is if you copied a hacked pokemon.

I suffered from the same problem, even though I raised the Pokemon I used completely legitimately, from what I've managed to work out is that they either have to be used in Colloseum Mode, or there is a waiting period before you can use them. I'm guessing it's around a day or two.
