Ok I have the game but when I copy Pokemon my party Pokemon end up as bad eggs in Pokemon Battle Revoltion please tell me how to get rid of these

There evs are too high so the evs have been cheated and you can't transfer them
Dude Don't Worry! This Happened to me too! (but that's only because non were legit but infernape who did work!) I think it's so you can't get away with having a groudon with surf or something! It hasn't wrecked my game so it shouldn't wreck yours!
