My son and I love to play 2 player Battle Revolution and would like to upload hacked Pokemon from a platinum version to ONLY play each other in the privacy of our own home (No online play). Is this possible?

I'm pretty sure you can upload Hacked Pokemon to play with on Pokemon Battle Revolution, but you'll have to try to find out.
If you're able to, I'm pretty sure the game will detect they're hacks and won't allow you to Wi-Fi Battle with them. Since you don't want to Wi-Fi Battle, this won't be a problem.
