On the battle pass you have, you click on your character and your able to change the clothes,their speech and their name

Select battle pass. Then select a battle pass and then select appearance. There you can change your trainers' clothes, bags, caps, color of eyes and hair, and outfit. You can buy new items of this category using your pokecoupons at the shop.
