Can't get the last angent wheel thing

I know it is on the fair back building and can't find a up to the top where the chest is. I hope is hloding the wheel I need to move on.

To get the last Ancient Medal, you need to find the way to the back, where you were enclosed in with a bunch of marines and had to fight them all off. What you do is find the side of the building where it looks like a hill going up. Jump on the wall where you can sit on. This next part is a bit tricky. You'll have to do it perfectly, Dash and jump just a split second after dashing towards that wall. You'll be launched onto that hill-like wall going up. It'll take you to a lot of Fluff, and following it through, you'll be taken to the Ancient Medal on the other side. When your going to jump between the platforms to the other side, Dash and jump, otherwise you won't make it. Once there, you'll be on a staircase going up to no where. Move the camera angle around so you see your lined up with that walk way. Jump over the stairs side, and onto that platform to get to the final treasure chest containing the Ancient Medal. :D
