How do I "kill" the contraption Wawku shrine?

If you mean the Blizzard Machine, turn the right and you will see a crack. Blast it with a Cherry Bomb, then you will see a floor painting with two piles of leaves, use Gust, then you will see a picture of the contraption. On the bottom of the painting, you see three 'cogs' in certain positions.

Head back out to the real contraption, use your Veil Of Mist to slow down the 'cogs' to the exact position you saw on the painting, to stop the cogs, slash the lever on the left. If you got it right, the eyes will glow purple and stop moving. Get them wrong and you have to start all over again.
