Alot everytime you go into deathmode (which is when you kill someone) you have to follow the arrow on the screen with your wii remote. Once you do that, half the time he'll shout "f*ck you!!!" and theres only sexual themes when you see the agent.(the blond haired girl)
These no real sex themes the whole things a joke she set you up to fight you're sister but strong languie all the way p.s the easiest fight is 5 I thing a thoughter guy kills him for you and you neather see him again
In other words too much to realy put any "real" number on.
