It depends if you are in SEASON MODE or PEEWEE TO PRO MODE.
SEASON MODE: The mode only supports one season. The mode is not dynasty or franchise. Sorry.
PEEWEE TO PRO MODE: You just keep simulating and it will eventually pop up.
