How do you get the second coin in world three level 4 (mini boss
I can't figure out how to get this coin and it's messing me up!

Right before you reach the checkpoint, you should be on the moving ice platform. There is an ice block which the platform moves under right before you reach the checkpoint. The best thing to do here is to be the smallest size you can. When the moving ice platform moves underneath the ice, duck to go underneath it then jump up and the second coin will be right there.
