From what I heard you can't get Deidaira. I only seen him in Shippuden so he might appear in a Shippuden game. Hope this helps you out.

I donīt know ho is deidara xD, but if it is the third hockage I donīt thing you can unlockhim, some friends told that you can get him by beating all the games and unlicking everything but I donīt think so
