I don't know what it means by two-hit combo attack... So I can't beat him, and I don't see any two-hit combo attacks in my attack list...
Can anyone help me?

You have to hit Orochimaru twice, then rasangan him before the the little sign that says 2 hit combo disappears. (and the rasangan has to kill him, so weaken him before you try the two hit combo thing)
you have to use resangan in the middle of your 6 hit combo right after you hit him 2 times. It takes practice.
Hit him in the middle of a combo? Yeah, right. I've done that. And a billion other things. Follow the objectives to the letter and the mission still fails me, every time. This is CONR1's godmod level.
