Help

I have done what you guys keep posting to get caricters,but it dosn`t do it.
For example,I did Narutos,but didnt get Garra.I beat missions 20-22 but didn`t get 23.I have a score of over 300000 on 5-7 peaple.Please at least help me get
Itachi and his partner.(forgot his name.)

First, make sure you beat single player mode (not story mode, duh)
Next, for the missions, make sure you have beaten ALL of the missions on genin, etc.

For itachi and KISAME they are the last people to get so you have to beat everything or else you can't get them. That means get all characters that there is and beat all missions on all levels, minigames, single player modes with all characters. If this doesn't work, either you or your game is screwed up! Lol
