Is there any such thing as arcade mode? I also need to know if there are any other special characters besides the main 20 people? And I know that you have to play time attack mode to unlock their voices, but what score do you have to get?

There is an arcade mode. It is made up of Rasengan Training, Shurikan Training, and Shadow Clone Training.
