I was listening to Rock Lee's character sounds (In the extras section) and I heard him say the names of not only the first two gates (Gate of Rest and gate of life) but also two more, the gates of Pain and Closing.
Does anyone know how to use these in the game, or where it is that he says them?

Those two phrases are just some phrases he says in the anime and manga.
THose are only in the anime and manga. Lee does not say them in the game.
