First time mission mode trouble

I was wondering if any one knows how to beet Tsunade with Orochimaru the first time it said defeat Tsunade with Orochimaru when hes in a pinch.

"in a pinch" means that you have less than 40% of health. To find out if you are in a pinch your health meter will blink red

When it blinks red then go alllllllll out

It means you have less than 40% health and your health bar will flash red
