How do you turn on robot in farm & how do you get on balcony in theater

To get into the balcony in the theater you have to have to get the mask out of the safe by the robot. To do that you have to turn the robot on, lol. Solve the windmill and get the power on then solve the electric puzzle and flip the switch for the robot. To solve the electric puzzle turn on the blue switch first then work your way around until they all light up.
