I know one is located in the well at the farm. Don't know about the other two.

The second gear is in the big globe like chandilar in the playhouse, the room with the hanging paino. BUT you can't get it til you can get into the private box seats upstairs near it and for that you need the dramaface mask.

The first gear is in the farm well, the second in the globe hanging in the theater, and the third in Bligh's factory. To get the first gear, you need to find all the items in the cellar. Your inventory item will be a belt. Use that belt on the well. Then you need to solve the equation of the five and three liter bowls. Then use the rust remover to get a regular gear. On the second gear, you need to solve the electric puzzle in the farmhouse in the middle of the field, the pull the lever, which smashes the safe, which gives you a tragedy mask. Then go to the theater, up the stairs, and solve that puzzle. Once you get inside, walk on the tree limb to the broken ball. The gear is inside. As for the third gear, I've not a clue as to how to get it, but I HAVE gotten it before somehow, and am POSITIVE it is in Bligh's factory. Good luck!!!

the rust remover is in the far corner of the farmhouse, use the method on the table to get one liter in to the 5 liter container, then put the cog wheel into the machine and it will come out clean.
