How do you figure out the puzzle to cross over te swap in the back lawn? Also where do you find the missing piece for the playhouse puzzle in the greenhouse? My last questions is where is the last gear for the building in the graveyard? Thanks for the help!

If you go back in the greenhouse, look up at the ceiling and it will show you the pattern you need (all eyes). I solved it by accident because I found the pattern it was looking for afterwards.
