If you mean the Rusty in Coyboy Junction, it's not exactly a house he wants but an outdoor hangout spot. Although that's where he sleeps so I normally put a bed down and make a mini room out of it using fences.
Just make a hangout I put fireplaces everywhere and he liked it. LOL.
