How do I give Mayor Rosalyn her podium and four red apples?

You collect 4 red apples and go to your workshop build the podium then go to paint mode and then give it to the mayor!!!!!
After you finish the podium, go to the paint symbol on the top left of the screen. It will open up a selection on the bottom left that says basic colors or essences. Click the blue square next to these selections and choose red apple. You then have to paint the podium with the red apple essence. When you get to the town hall, go up to mayor Rosalyn and choose give. You will be able to edit the town hall then. In this mode, open your inventory by opening the backpack on the right in the middle. Choose the podium then place it anywhere in the town hall. After this, the mayor will give you a new assignment.
