To Build a stove, refridgerator and sink, but I don't think I have the correct blueprints as it's 3 stone 5 red apples but There is only 3 parts (Sink) so how can you use all of the correct items on it?

take the large parts and find 2 or more bricks you can add together to make that one. you can also go to build mode, click your backpack, then find the essence you need. this will let you place it on the sink.
Use smaller parts to make up the big parts,so that you have 5 or 6 parts,for example,instead of 3.Good luck!
