When do I get Mew on Pokemon ranch? And can I still get Mew off the Pokemon ranch that I downloaded of my wii with my wii points?

Once you have got a certain amount of Pokemon on it haylie will bring one in
When you're ranch is the highest level (1000 pokemon) she will trade a Mew for another (random?) pokemon

When 999 Pokémon are present, the ranch will expand and jump to level 25, the maximum level. Once this level is obtained, a new wanted Pokémon will be added. Hayley is now asking for any Pokémon Egg. When the egg is brought, she will offer to trade it for her Mew.
