Repairing messed up save file

Does anyone know if there is any way to fix a messed up save file on the GBA series as I recently got FireRed and Chaos Black(unofficial version I think)from a 2nd hand store and both of them have messed up save files that keep deleting (although the FireRed one doesn't seem so bad) Would have asked in that section but too long

There is your problem.Chaos Black is a hacked version of Firered and Leafgreen.So get rid of it or ask for a refund.
