Yes,If you were playing by yourself and you had 3 wii remotes,if someone was wining a trade lower that person down and yours up.Hoped I helped.

This works most of the time for CPU players: buy properties for 10% more money than the property is worth at the minimum. For example: trade $110 or more for a $100 property, $275 or more for a $250 property, $66 or more for a $60 property. When selling properties, sell them for 10% less. $90 or less for a $100 property, $225 for a $250 property.
