Its ez.Make a girl.give it black,long hiar.put black glasses on it's eyes. Make it's skin black.i don't konw any else srry.

All you have to do is use a girl Mii, give her long black hair, put big black glasses over her eyes and then make her skin black. From there, just make it firt to whatever Darth Vader looks like
