Check me out channel?

How do I go to the check me out channel?And how do I use it?And do you have to buy it or download it?

Real simple, all you have to do is go to the Wii Shop channel (you have to have an internet connection). In there you should get three tabs to click where you can download stuff (one is Wii Ware, one is classic games from the Nintendo past, and the other is Channels). Go into Channels and scroll down until you get to the Check Mii Out channel. It's free so just hit download and it will appear on your Wii Menu once you get back from the Shop Channel. Hope it helps

The check mii out channel is no longer available. Is it possible to still download it somehow?
