1. Use the Check Mii Out Channel to download it for free.
2. Use a long hair with the color of your choice(I used black), the biggest beard, move the eyes as far up as they can go, brown skin, and the biggest lips you can find. Use the two dots nose by putting it up in the hair so you can't see it.
