Okay how do you kill the omega pirate, each time I kill him he disappears and regenerates. How many times do I have to kill it

After you damage all of his limbs he will go invisible. Switch to the x ray visor and look around at any of the 3 phazon patches. He should be standing in one of them, at this point he is truly vulnerable. You should be able to lock on certain parts of him, shoot them with super missile or fully charged plasma beam shots. After that his limbs will regenerate and elemental pirates will spawn. Kill them rinse and repeat until the omega pirate is dead and claim your phazon suit.
