The only way to get it is on an ice island, and to get there you must finish sertain things in the game. So I don't know if you have one it...
There's a ship missile above the screw attack on the Golem's head and an energy tank for which you need the spider ball.
You have to have the heat ray and go back to the fire place on bryo then wen you see the little ball area tht is blocked my the ice... Use the heat ray wich sould b the new main thing and shoot is... Then you go throu the ball rout there you will find a dore tht has a orngeish red thing on it(if you scan it will say it has to b hit with the heat thing... So shoot it go through tht room you should b able to see what you hav to do from there... Hav fun...
