Mysterious White Ring

What is that "mysterious white ring" that I keep seeing in the village house for? I often see other people online running to it, but I never understood why. Please help me with this! Thanks in advance.

On multiplayer there is a ring in the village that will give you full ammo, but here is a tip if you go into the ring when your even the littlest bit injured you'll die, I learned that the hard way!!!

This is Firedog77 (online game name) again, Remember not to step into the circle if your screen even has a little bit a red, and get off the circle at ALL costs when an enemy comes in!!!!!
