How do you steal bases?

How do you steal bases while using the wii remote without the nunchuk? Also how do you stop people from stealing bases while using the wii remote?

I don't have the game right now(friend borowing)but ithink it's 1 is go 2 is back with the wii remote .If not go to pracise and it should probably have them there.

There is no way to steal without a nunchuck. If you go to practice mode and try to learn stealing it says that stealing requires a nunchuck

yes you need a nunchuck to steal base and it also to get the COM out when they steal , but really there is no way to make them for stealing.
