What are all the events you need to get world records in to get silver and dk and how do you get the world record in 400m hurdles and is there any trick to getting it thx

first of all u cant get dk or silver. They're in the winter edition. For the 400 hurdles, the answer is endurance, not speed. I broke the record with Wario. On the bar to the left, if it goes into the red zone youll start to loose endurance.
If you use a nunchuk I usually just shake the wii remote up and down really fast so it wont go into the red zone then when it gets to the sprinting part I use both of them...just try it out to see if it works for u
