How do I save cups I have unlocked?
Every time we unlock a new cup, the next day it is gone. Is there something special we should be doing?

Something is definitely wrong. Mario Kart Wii auto saves. Make sure you quit the game before turning the Wii off. If that did not help, then I'm sorry to say that you would have to replace the game. Believe it or not, I've seen quite a few people with that problem.
