What happens when you beat all 50cc races and don't get baby dai
I beat all the cups/races in the 50cc marks
I got star ratings for all of the cups
All of them got 2 stars but one of them got 1 star
Why don't I have baby daisy yet

Have you tried quitting the game, then re-opening your save file. You usually have to do that to unlock characters or karts/bikes. If you've already done that, I don't know why it wont give you Baby Daisy.
