In mario kart I finished 150cc but it didn't give me any characters veicles or 150cc mirror so I am wondering if I need to complete them all with gold or silver. Thx

Unfortunately, as annoying as it is, to unlock Mirror mode, then you must achieve first, or "gold" in all of the 150cc cups/grand prix's. Hope I helped. Goal machine.
