Can you put a lock on you're license? My brother keeps on triing 2 erase mine.

Sadly, no. They obviously didn't think of that, but of course, there are multiple licenses. Tell your bro to get his own license.

No, I don't believe that there is to "lock" a license, as of difficulties that may result from that happening such as wanting to delete the account. Unfortunately your just going to have to get your brother to stop trying to delete them.....
